Within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by Akyol Medical, acting as the data controller, in accordance with the purposes and legal grounds explained below.

to request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the scope of KVKK,
to request notification of correction, deletion or destruction processes to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
to object to any adverse result arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
to request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

8. Application Method

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under KVKK to Akyol Medical in writing or through other methods specified in the relevant legislation. Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and within the legal time limits, depending on the nature of the request.

9. Updates

Akyol Medical reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Notice in line with legislative amendments, service processes or updates in personal data processing activities.
